“Endometriosis care should always go beyond a single diagnosis or specialty. I believe in looking at the whole woman, her symptoms, quality of life, fertility, daily functioning and individual needs to find the best path forward.”
EndoMe was created after our founder spent years navigating endometriosis and searching for a simpler, more transparent approach to supplements.
We started EndoMe because navigating supplements shouldn't require becoming your own researcher.
After years of living with endometriosis, Karolina knew how overwhelming the supplement landscape could be: endless ingredients, conflicting advice, and little clarity about what was actually in each serving.
EndoMe began with a simpler idea: create thoughtfully formulated supplements for women navigating complex nutritional needs. Be transparent about every ingredient and amount. And make the research behind those decisions accessible.
We worked with clinicians and nutrition professionals to turn that idea into two complementary daily formulas EndoBase and EndoOmega.
What started in Europe is now coming to the U.S.
Women's health specialists who bring clinical perspective to EndoMe's approach to women's nutrition and education.
“Endometriosis care should always go beyond a single diagnosis or specialty. I believe in looking at the whole woman, her symptoms, quality of life, fertility, daily functioning and individual needs to find the best path forward.”
“Treating endometriosis is about much more than surgery. The best care comes from looking at the woman as a whole and combining different areas of expertise to support her health, recovery and quality of life.”
“As someone living with endometriosis myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming the "endo-diet" world can be. I’m deeply passionate about moving away from the "all-or-nothing" restrictive mindset and eliminating all of the foods that bring joy in the name of symptom management. Instead, I help the endo community find accessible, non-restrictive tools that focus on what we can add to our plates to manage symptoms and lower inflammation. I am thrilled to partner with EndoMe because our missions are perfectly aligned. The founders truly understand the lived experience of endometriosis, and their commitment to sourcing high-quality, evidence-based ingredients is exactly what this community deserves. Together, we’re making science-backed symptom management accessible for everyone.”
“Monika is passionate about healthy living and takes a functional, holistic approach to her work with her patients. For many years, she has worked with women with endometriosis, taking into account coexisting conditions and developing protocols tailored to each individual, promoting anti-inflammatory diet.”
“In her work, Paulina focuses on helping women with endometriosis and PCOS to follow a diet that supports their treatment.”
