• ABOUT ENDOME

Built from lived experience. Shaped by women’s nutrition experts.

EndoMe was created after our founder spent years navigating endometriosis and searching for a simpler, more transparent approach to supplements.

How it all started

We started EndoMe because navigating supplements shouldn't require becoming your own researcher.

After years of living with endometriosis, Karolina knew how overwhelming the supplement landscape could be: endless ingredients, conflicting advice, and little clarity about what was actually in each serving.

EndoMe began with a simpler idea: create thoughtfully formulated supplements for women navigating complex nutritional needs. Be transparent about every ingredient and amount. And make the research behind those decisions accessible.

We worked with clinicians and nutrition professionals to turn that idea into two complementary daily formulas EndoBase and EndoOmega.

What started in Europe is now coming to the U.S.

Your health can be complicated. Your supplement routine doesn’t have to be.

  • Research-informed

We look to published research rather than wellness trends when evaluating ingredients.

  • Meaningful amounts

Ingredients are included at amounts informed by published research, not simply to appear on the label.

  • A simple daily routine

Two complementary formulas instead of a cabinet full of supplements.

Sarah Rae

“As someone living with endometriosis myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming the "endo-diet" world can be. I’m deeply passionate about moving away from the "all-or-nothing" restrictive mindset and eliminating all of the foods that bring joy in the name of symptom management. Instead, I help the endo community find accessible, non-restrictive tools that focus on what we can add to our plates to manage symptoms and lower inflammation. I am thrilled to partner with EndoMe because our missions are perfectly aligned. The founders truly understand the lived experience of endometriosis, and their commitment to sourcing high-quality, evidence-based ingredients is exactly what this community deserves. Together, we’re making science-backed symptom management accessible for everyone.”
