EndoBase and EndoOmega are two different formulas, and EndoComplete is both in one routine. EndoBase provides NAC, quercetin, curcuminoids, trans-resveratrol, active folate and molybdenum. EndoOmega provides 667 mg DHA and 267 mg EPA from algae oil, with vitamins D3, K2 and E. The two share no ingredients, so you can take either one or both.

Take 3 capsules of each formula daily, preferably in the mornings with food. With EndoComplete, that is 3 EndoBase capsules and 3 EndoOmega capsules a day. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, which is a 30-day supply.

One daily serving of EndoBase (3 capsules) provides 600 mg NAC, 240 mg quercetin, 133 mg Curcumin C3 Reduct® tetrahydrocurcuminoids, 30 mg trans-resveratrol (Resvenox®), 680 mcg DFE folate (Quatrefolic®) and 150 mcg molybdenum.

One daily serving of EndoOmega (3 capsules) provides 1,333 mg of Omegatex® algae oil, supplying 667 mg DHA and 267 mg EPA. It also provides 50 mcg (2,000 IU) vitamin D3, 50 mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7 and 15 mg vitamin E. It contains no fish oil.
